A Charleston native, Gigi Chapman has been in the commercial real estate business since 1976. Mainly specializing in brokerage and retail leasing Gigi has also owned and operated five retail businesses, is a member of International Council of Shopping Centers since 1980, also a member of Charleston Trident Association of Realtors, The National Association of Realtors and has completed CI 101 through the CCIM Institute, and is a member of CID.
Most recently Gigi has represented a large number of national retailers through out South Carolina. Tommy Bahama, Pottery Barn, J. Crew are a few of the tenants placed in The Market Common in Myrtle Beach, S.C.
Locally Gigi has placed such national retailers as Bebe, Coach, Mafisto, American Apparel, and Pottery Barn.
The most recent property sales are concentrated at this time on the Peninsula and include the sales of 346-348 King Street, The Banana Republic Building at 251 King Street, and The Davidson Building at 315 King Street..
