Peninsula Commercial will represent the owner in all transactions with prospective purchasers.
We prepare and implement a marketing plan for the subject property. The owner will be consulted on the formulation of the marketing plan and will be apprised monthly of the results of our marketing efforts.
Peninsula Commercial will advertise and market the property, placing signage thereon, show and otherwise use our best efforts to obtain offers acceptable to the owner. (Please be advised that extraordinary or unusual marketing costs shall be borne by the owner following consultation and agreement).

We offer full cooperation to local and regional commercial real estate brokers through mail and electronic communications, the Commercial Multiple Listing Service and Loopnet.

One of our agents will inspect the property for recommendation to owner as to the fair market value.
We will present all offers to the owner.
